房子空間不錯，位置也不錯，風景一級棒，無敵海景 衹是房東回覆有點慢…… 房裡的鞦韆有點松，很危險 大致上都很不錯的～

公寓很乾凈，對於帶著一個兩歲孩子的家庭，覺得屋主提供以下設備很有人幫助。 1. 方便餵食的小童餐椅 2. 方便洗澡的嬰兒浴盆和矮凳 3. 安全的低木板床墊 屋主的回覆很迅速，房間設備齊全，缺點小童餐椅和浴盆需要預約，有點擔心會預約不到。

I was very upset that I was change to a unit was not furnish at all . Even the curtain drop when we try to cover , hit on mine husband head . We were try to message them . But they took so long to reply n even didn’t keep to their promise to compensate us . Till now 訂房網站 . Com was not able to help us to talk to the management . We will only told by them that 訂房網站 .com can compensate us 600 訂房網站 coin which is about sgd $8 . Sad to say that they had stop communication since when I had rejected that offer . I am still waiting for the outcome that they are not able to help . I will consider to stop any booking thru 訂房網站. Com from the future , which I had urge that to the unit n take a look which I had stay for the night which I don’t think they will go that unit to investigate unit no 11-08 . Anyone who see this review please becareful not to book by that hotel management again which is so not reasonable at all

我來馬六甲那麼多次這間是最乾淨，床特別舒服。 最喜歡它的泳池是海景及日落 。。 晚霞風景太美了

2 nights stay here.Location very good, out of congested area. Clean and spacious. Suitable for family.Good customer service. My suggestion is to provide washing machine.Tq.

1. Deposit has to bank transfer. Still haven't got back my deposit since check out at 12.15pm. It's 7pm now. RM 200 deposit. 2, only 1 plate for 3 kids and 2 adults to use for food. 3. No kitchen knife provided to cook. 4. Slow response to complaints or requests. 5. Troublesome to get key from locker & even check out procedure is not defined. 6. Wi-Fi signal is the poorest since I have travelled so many places. Btw no telco service at level 33. 7. Air conditioning not serviced and it's hot! 8. No washing machine unlike other operators. If your business is service industry and you're not interested to service, please shut it down,

Bilik cantik dan bersih, view cantik dan kolam yang besar.. masalah nya 1 je.. lot parking yang sangat jauh dari lift menyusahkan nak angkat atau turun barang kena drop off dulu tepi lift baru park dan jalan semula ke arah lift.. sistem refund yang perlu 24 jam dipulangkan semula dan u kena sabar ye..dia tak akan update melainkan customer dah bising baru nak respon.. yang ni tiada washing machine ye harap maklum.. tak berbaloi untuk repeat..
